Aug 28th 2008, Landmark Bank sat down with RealtyOne Florida and RealtyOne Alliance to finalize the final stages to handle all their inventory for "Short Sales" and "Bank Owned Properties". Dennis Girard and Joanne Zimmerman will coordinate the Sales and Ryntal Property Management will be handling the day to day repairs, touch-ups and maintenace.
